Not used yet, but satisfied with the quality
I cut a piece of ginger with a cleaver to test the quality of the board and it fared quite well. I applied the usual strength as though it was my regular plastic one and only microscopically you can see a very faint cut line. Technically it's almost invisible. This 316 (better than 304) grade steel cutting board is a winner.
