At The Trend X, we provide digital products designed to help beauty businesses grow on social media.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
📥 Digital Products
All our products (including templates, content plans, captions, and other digital materials) are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because these are non-physical, downloadable items, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once accessed or downloaded.
🚫 No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase decisions
- Lack of usage or results
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
⚠️ Exceptions
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You did not receive access to your purchase
- There is a major technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product
